Comprehensive Eye Health Exams
The best way to care for our patients starts with a solid understanding of their eyes and vision, and for that we rely on our comprehensive eye health exams. These exams open the door to a personalized optical experience and a lifetime of protected vision. During your exam, we’ll use cutting-edge imaging and measurement tools to get a detailed view of your eye health and an accurate vision prescription for your eyewear.
Pediatric Eye Health Exams
For our youngest patients, we offer pediatric eye health exams. These specialized exams pay more attention to age-related conditions, such as myopia (nearsightedness). As children grow, their eyes are constantly changing, which is why we regularly check for changes in their vision as well. If we find anything that might be hampering their eyesight, we’ll find the right eyewear to give them comfortable clarity.
Contact Lens Exams
Before you can enjoy the comfort and lifestyle convenience offered by contact lenses, you first need an exam to find your contact lens prescription — which is different from the one needed for glasses. In our contact lens exam, we’ll determine your prescription, look for front-of-eye conditions that impact contact lens wear, and personally fit your contacts to your eyes.
Eye Disease Management
While eye diseases are common, especially as you get older, they don’t have to interfere with your life. With our advanced technology, we can detect eye diseases even before they start to impact your sight. With our medical eye care expertise and many years of experience, you can trust that your vision will be protected as your eyes age.
Eyewear Options for Everyone
At Bard Optical, we offer everything from fashionable eyeglasses and sunglasses to standard and specialty contact lenses. Our staff will help you identify your goals and needs to help you find the right kind of eyewear for your eyes.
